If you read my most recent post then you know I'm beginning an in-depth study of myself -- what I need to accept vs what I can change. I'm using character development tools for authors to guide this process.

Today, I wanted to share a poem that I find represents my life (and yours too?). It is one of my motivations to keep writing these posts and doing this work.

My Body
My Time
My Money
My Fitness
My Life

I am the driver of my own bus. It does not stop. It does not slow down. It cannot back up.

I did not come this far just to come this far.
