Hope Through Authenticity

Can I Just "Do Me?"

I actually bought my daughter (age 22) this book because she (and many others her age) worry more about what people think of them. I wanted her to realize she is ENOUGH -- no need to look for value outside self.

The title grabbed me but the sub-title reeled me in -- "how to be who you are and use what you've got to get what you want".

The first line is "Life gets exponentially better once you stop giving a fuck about what other people think and start doing what you really want do." Sounds exactly like the authentic life I'm trying to live.

If you have a recommendation that I just MUST read, tell me about it:
